I want to thank you for the honorable mention on your webpage. Back in 1963 I was playing around town with a guy by the name of Chuck McKay, a master of the rhythm guitar, a real cord smith. We joined up with a bassist, Jamie Basset and Lead, very very fast, Wayne Rossie. We joined together one night in Casa Linda and called ourselves the Chaparrals. And off to Lou Annâ??s we went. Remember the days of Arnold & Morgan with jam sessions with Stevie Ray, Jimmy Ray, Bobby Kitch, Chuck Mckay and Denny Freeman. Thanks for making me smile. Oh I forgot I was the drummer. The guy that never gets in the pictures when they take them. I still play, but only at home now. I live in Edmond OK North of OKC. Thanks again. Iâ??ll have to catch one of your sets when Iâ??m down in Dallas.
